斉木 宏平(以下「運営者」)は、iOS アプリ「HandMemo」(App Store での名称「Write Memo」、以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインはありません。

1. 端末内に保存する情報

本アプリで書いた手書きメモは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。共有機能を使わない限り、運営者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

2. 共有機能で送信する情報

利用者が共有機能を使って送信した場合に限り、次の情報を運営者のサーバー(Cloudflare 社のサービス上)に保存します。

これらは、同じ合言葉を知っている人なら誰でも閲覧・追加できます。合言葉は信頼できる相手にだけ伝えてください。保存した情報は、その合言葉への最後の送信から7日後に自動で削除します。

運営者は、不正利用や法令違反の防止のために、保存された内容を確認し、必要に応じて削除することがあります。

不正利用を防ぐため、通信元の IP アドレスを送信回数の制限に使います。IP アドレスは、サーバーの記録に一時的に残ることがあります。

3. 広告

本アプリは、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、端末の識別子、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示や操作の状況、診断情報などを収集する場合があります。詳しくは Google のポリシーをご覧ください。

4. 第三者への提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、共有機能で保存した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

HandMemo (Write Memo) Privacy Policy

Kohei Saiki ("we") handles information about users of the iOS app "HandMemo" (listed on the App Store as "Write Memo", the "App") as described below. The App has no account registration or login.

1. Information stored on your device

Your handwritten notes are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our server unless you use the sharing feature.

2. Information sent with the sharing feature

Only when you send something with the sharing feature, we store the following on our server (hosted on Cloudflare):

Anyone who knows the same passphrase can view and add to this content, so please share the passphrase only with people you trust. The content is deleted automatically 7 days after the last message sent to that passphrase.

We may review stored content and delete it when necessary to prevent abuse or violations of law.

To prevent abuse, we use the sender's IP address to limit how often requests can be made. IP addresses may remain temporarily in server logs.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location, ad viewing and interaction data, and diagnostic information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. For details, see Google's policy.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or provide content stored by the sharing feature to third parties, except as required by law.
